An Interim Change to GSRA’s Bylaws:

New 2010 Membership Dates: January 1 Through December 31.

2009-2010 GSRA board members met in October.  Two motions were voted on and passed allowing the association to operate this year under the following changes to its bylaws:
1.) The new period for GSRA membership will be January 1- December 31.
2.) A $15.00 late fee will be assessed for dues received after January 31st.
Historically, March 1 through February 28 has been our membership period.
The reason for the board’s passage of these interim changes is to help alleviate the confusion that occurs during the membership drive while the Spring Technology Seminar falls during the same time period.
Members will now receive their membership invoices for the upcoming year during the months of October or November.

Membership dues will remain the same; however, a $15 late fee will be assessed for dues received after January 31. Final passage of these interim changes will be formally voted on by the general membership at the annual business meeting of the 2010 Fall Seminar.

Please remember that you can always go online to sign up and pay membership dues via PayPal.  Please note that applicants will incur a small administrative fee when registering for seminars and membership online.
